Martijn Deijkers, born 1975 in Geldrop, North Brabant, Netherlands, is a Dutch DJ and producer known professionally as Martyn. He began DJing drum and bass in 1996 and evolved toward a dubstep sound after hearing Kode9âs "Sine of the Dub". His first 12" singles appeared in 2005, blending techno and jungle, and he released his debut album Great Lengths in 2009. In 2010 he mixed Fabric 50, the 50th entry of the Fabric series, and followed with Ghost People on Brainfeeder in 2011. Subsequent releases-The Air Between Words (2014), Voids (2018), Falling for You (2015) and Music for Existing (2026)-expanded his catalogue.
