Malk de Koijn is a Danish rap group formed in 1993 by Tue Track, Blæs Bukki, and Geolo G. In its early years, the ensemble released the tracks âLortesangenâ and âLivet PÃ¥ Langestrandâ on the underground scene. The band released its debut studio album, Smash Hit in Aberdeen, in 1998, which received a Danish Music Award nomination. In 1999, the trio received the Maarums Lyrikpris poetry prize. The 2002 follow-up, Sneglzilla, reached number 7 and received two Danish Music Awards. Between 2002 and 2011, the members worked on separate projects, including Bukki joining Bikstok Røgsystem and Track releasing the album Rockin'. After resuming activity for the 2009 Roskilde Festival, the group released Toback to the Fromtime in 2011. The recording reached Number 1 and received the Danish Album of the Year award in 2012. Track released the album The Unreal Zound in 2016.
