Biography
Love A, a German post-punk band, was founded in 2010 in Trier. Initially named Love Academy, they released a self-titled debut EP that year under Salon Alter Hammer / Kidnap Music / DenseWaves. The band changed their name to Love A before releasing their first album, Eigentlich, in 2011, which reached number 33 on Visions magazine's year-end charts for 2011. Their second album, Irgendwie, was released in 2013 and topped the Crazewire magazine's year-end list. The band gained further recognition with their third album, Jagd und Hund, released in 2015, and their fourth album, Nichts ist neu, which debuted at number 36 on the German charts in 2017.
