Lee Hyuk-ki, known professionally as Loptimist, was born on April 7, 1985, in South Korea. He is a Korean rapper who debuted in 2007 with the album 22 Channels. In 2008, he signed with Soul Company and released his second album, Mind Expander, which included notable tracks such as "Amnesia" featuring Simon Dominic & Lady Jane and "Ticket to London". Loptimist left Soul Company in 2011 and joined Jungle Entertainment. His subsequent albums include Lilac (2011) and Veranda (2014). Throughout his career, he has collaborated with various artists, including Paloalto and Dead'P.
