Biography

Like a Storm is a hard rock band from Auckland, New Zealand, formed in 2005. The group consists of Chris Brooks, Matt Brooks, and Kent Brooks. They are known for incorporating the didgeridoo into hard rock music. Their debut album, The End of the Beginning (2009), entered the Billboard New Artist Charts at number 61 and the Billboard 200. The band has performed on tours with Godsmack, Alter Bridge, and Korn. Their recordings include the singles âChemical Infatuationâ (2010) and âLove the Way You Hate Meâ (2014), the latter of which reached number 21 on the Mainstream Rock chart. Their discography includes the albums Awaken the Fire (2015), Catacombs (2018), and Okura (2022).
