Biography
La Liga del Sueño, a Peruvian pop punk band, was formed in Lima in 1992 by Jorge "Pelo" Madueño, Mauricio âChinoâ Chau, and Arturo RÃos. Their debut performance took place on October 31, 1992. The band's first album, Al derecho y al revés, was released in 1994. In 1996, they released their second album, Por Tierra. La Liga del Sueño signed with Sony Music and released their third album, Mundo Cachina, in 1998. The band toured extensively across Peru, Ecuador, and the United States. After a hiatus starting in 2000, La Liga del Sueño reunited in 2016 for a successful comeback tour.
