Biography

Kraski, a Russian-language pop/Eurodance band from Belarus, was formed in Minsk. The group initially consisted of Ekaterina Borovik on vocals and Vasily Bogomya, Andrei Chighir, and Dmitry Orlovsky on keyboards. Kraski's breakthrough came with their early releases, including the collaborative project ЯК-40 и Краски (2001) featuring "Ты у меня одна" ("You Are My Only One"). The band gained significant popularity in Russia and the CIS region throughout the early 2000s. Their first studio album, Я Люблю Тебя Сергей - Красный Альбом, was released in 2002. In 2011, their single "Старший брат" ("Elder Brother") was recognized by Afisha magazine as one of the most remarkable hits in Russian music over the past two decades.
