Kevin Smith, known professionally as Kojaque, is an Irish rapper and record producer from Cabra, Dublin. Born in 1995, he grew up with three musician brothers and attended St Declan's College before studying fine art at the Dublin Institute of Technology. Kojaque released his first single, "Midnight Flower," in 2015, which gained media attention for its unique music video. His debut EP, Sunday Roast, followed in 2016. In 2018, he released the concept album Deli Daydreams, which was nominated for the Choice Music Prize. Kojaque's subsequent albums include Green Diesel (2019), Townâs Dead (2021), and PHANTOM OF THE AFTERS (2023). Notable collaborations include Biig Piig, Wiki, Charlotte Dos Santos, and Gotts Street Park. Townâs Dead was the best-selling album on vinyl in Ireland for the week ending July 2, 2021, and both it and PHANTOM OF THE AFTERS were nominated for the Choice Music Prize.
