Biography

Kinga Głyk, born on January 27, 1997, in Rydułtowy, Poland, is a jazz bass guitarist. She started performing at age twelve with her family band, Głyk P.I.K. Trio. Her debut album Rejestracja was released in 2015, followed by the live album Happy Birthday in 2016. Głyk's breakthrough came with Dream, recorded with an international quartet and released by Warner Music in 2017. She has collaborated with notable musicians such as Tim Garland, Marcus Miller, and Michael League. Her subsequent albums include Feelings (2019) and Real Life (2024). Głyk has toured extensively across Europe, South America, and the United States. She received the Grand Prix in the category New Hope of Jazz Melomani 2019.
