Biography
KANNIVALISM is a Japanese visual-kei rock band. Formed in 2001, the band gained enthusiastic support as a pioneer of the "osare-kei" style with their fresh teenage sensibility and unique fashion sense. The group broke up that same year, but reunited in 2005 and made their major label debut in 2006 on the avex trax label. On November 24, 2010, they released their 7th single , "rememorari. This song shines with its fantastic and deep sound-making, and is a testament to the band's evolution. Despite overcoming many difficulties, including a hiatus due to Rei's adjustment disorder and the departure of one of the band members, the band's original worldview remained unique in the scene. Although the band is currently on a de facto hiatus, each member continues to be active in projects such as BAROQUE and sukekiyo.
