KANGHYUK (born May 4, 2000, in Suwon) is a South Korean rapper who debuted on August 25, 2023, with the single album "CLUB". Raised in difficult circumstances after his parentsâ early divorce, he experienced poverty and instability, which shaped his outlook and musical direction; during his youth he gravitated toward foreign rappers like Lil Durk and Lil Uzi Vert and aspired to succeed against the odds. After completing military service, he moved to Seoul, worked in fashion and vintage retail, became a club party host, and decided to pursue rap after discovering his passion for performing on stage. Known for a sound rooted in rage, electronic, and techno influences, Kang Hyuk steadily built momentum with releases such as "BAT"(2024), "WHY"(2025), KK(2025), and *^^K - MIXTAPE(2026), and gained wider recognition through major festival stages and a Rap House performance that led to his signing with Daytona under The Quiett.
