Junge Dichter und Denker, a German music project from Buchholz in der Nordheide, was formed in 2006. The group, consisting of young rappers including Nicola Casper, Konstantin Hillmer, Laura Zimmerlich, Tim Ahrens, and Philipp Greiveldinger, originated when Casper, then 10 years old, decided to rap a school poem instead of memorizing it traditionally. With the help of her family and Achim Oppermann, who added hip-hop beats, their unique sound was born. Their debut album, Die 1ste, was released in 2006, followed by Rap trifft Klassik: Balladen einmal ganz anders, also released in 2006, both of which featured collaborations with Thomas D from Fantastischen Vier. Subsequent albums include Die 2te (2009), Musik Die Fit Macht (2010), and Musik - Was Ist Das? (2011).
