Anthony Pearson, known professionally as Chez Damier, born in 1968 in Chicago, Illinois, United States, is an American house DJ and producer. He began his musical journey at age 11. By 13, Damier started collecting records and moved to Detroit for university, where he met Derrick May and Alton Miller. This period marked the beginning of his production and mixing career. In 1993, he co-founded Prescription Records with Ron Trent, a pivotal label in the house music genre. Notable releases include "Can You Feel It" (1992) and Close (1997). Damier collaborated extensively with various artists and labels, including The Morning Factory, KMS, and The Music Institute. His contributions were instrumental in shaping the evolution of house music.
