Jokers Of The Scene, a Canadian techno/electronic production and DJ duo composed of Linus Booth and Chris Macintyre, formed in Ottawa, Ontario in 2003. Initially known as loft party disc jockeys, they played their own recorded tracks and remixes while hosting local rappers. Their breakthrough came with the signing to Fool's Gold Records in 2007, leading them to move to Toronto. In 2009, their track "Change Up" appeared on the BeatPort chart. The duo gained further recognition when Britain's NME Magazine voted their remix of Salem's "Asia" 19th on their 50 Best Remixes Ever list in 2011. Their debut album, End Scene, released in 2014, marked a shift from heavy electro music to a more experimental sound.
