Biography
José del Olmo Jimenez (born January 1, 1994), known professionally as Jarfaiter, was a Spanish rapper and actor from Piedralaves. Raised in the Cuatro Caminos neighborhood of Madrid, Jarfaiter was influenced by punk groups including Cicatriz and Arpaviejas, as well as rumba and flamenco. He was a primary figure in the ârap quinquiâ genre. Jarfaiter began his career in 2012, releasing three mixtapes before his debut album, Antihéroe (2015). In 2017, he self-released Criminal Nadsat, which included the recordings âOriginal Quinquiâ and âPresto Prestoâ. His discography included El Auténtico Cabrón (2019), Picaresca (2021), and No soy nadie (2024). His lyrical themes addressed violence, antisystem struggle, and working-class life. Jarfaiter also performed as an actor, portraying the character Toño in the series Hasta el cielo.
