Biography
Heinrich Ebber, known professionally as Jacques Palminger, and born in 1964 in Borken, Germany, is an actor and musician. He began his career as a drummer for the Waltons in Berlin and later joined Dackelblut after moving to Hamburg in 1992. His early musical endeavors included writing texts and music for Universal González. In 1999, Palminger released his first singles "Sabà ta" and "Lovemachine". He has also been a member of the artist trio Studio Braun, which gained recognition through prank calls and later produced films, theater pieces, and books. His debut album as Jacques Palminger & the Kings of Dub Rock was Mondo Cherry, released in 2008 under PIAS Germany. Notable collaborations include working with Erobique on Songs for Joy (2009) and the jazz and lyric project Jzz & Lyrk (2012). Palminger has also acted in films such as Die Menschen sind kalt (1998) and Fraktus (2012), and contributed to various theater productions.
