GummibÃ¤r is a virtual music project from Germany founded in 2006. The character, an animated green gummy bear, was created by Christian Schneider. The project combines electronic music with humorous animations and is aimed primarily at children and families. The international breakthrough came in 2007 with the single "I'm a Gummy Bear (Ich bin dein GummibÃ¤r)", which was released in over 50 languages.
