Biography

Darlia was an English rock band from Blackpool, formed in 2013 by former schoolmates Nathan Day and Jack Bentham, along with Dave Williams. They signed with B-Unique Recordings and released their debut EP Darlia (2013), followed by additional EPs including Knock Knock (2013) and Candyman (2014). Their mini-album Petals (2015) peaked at number 79 in the UK charts. Darlia supported notable acts such as Gerard Way, Nothing But Thieves, and The Wombats, and performed at major festivals including Glastonbury and Reading. In 2017, frontman Day announced a hiatus for the band, and in 2019 they launched a solo career, marking the group's disbandment.
