Marcel Wade, professionally known as Cellski, is an American rapper/ records producer based in San Francisco. Growing up in the Oceanview (âLakeviewâ) neighborhood, he began his music career working with Oakland producer Al Eaton at the same studio where Too Short recorded Life Isâ¦Too Short. In 1992, Cellski began selling tapes from the trunk of his car, marking the start of his independent career. He released his first album, Mr. Predicter, in 1995, followed by Canadian Bacon & Hash Browns (1999), Mafia Moves (2001), and the collaborative album Little Big & Big Mafi with Killa Keise (2004). Later releases include Chemical Baby (2015). Beyond music, Cellski launched a streetwear clothing line called Chemical Baby in 2012, a culinary pop-up called Big Mafi Burger in 2022, and holds an equity cannabis license with 2Took Farms, distributing Cookies products.
