Biography
11/5 was an American hip hop group from Hunters Point, San Francisco, California andconsisted of Maine-O, Hennessy, and Taydatay. They first appeared on Cold World Hustlers' album Cold Streets in 1992 with the song "Ni*** Took" and later on Primo's Stickin' to the Script in 1994 with "Killa". Their debut album, Fiendin' 4 tha Funk, was released in March 1995 and peaked at number 76 on Billboard's Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart. The following year, they released their second album, A-1 Yola (1996), which reached number 33 on the same chart and number 22 on the Top Heatseekers chart. They continued with two more albums: The Overdose in November 1999, and After the Drama in 2001. Additionally, they released compilation albums Bootlegs & G-Sides in 1997 and Bootlegs & G-Sides II* in 2000. The group disbanded in 2001.
