Boi Chase, born Precious Chasenoa Igoni, is a Nigerian singer-songwriter who first came through as an independent artist, building attention in 2022 with covers and refixes of popular songs before ending that year with the original single "Money" featuring Berri-Tiga. That early run was strong enough to earn him a place on TurnTableâs list of Nigerian artists to watch for 2023. He kept releasing through the next phase of his career with songs such as "Joy Giver" in 2022, then moved further into melodic Afropop in 2024 with "All for You" and "No Play Play." In 2025 his profile rose again through "Darling - Refix," "Focus (Darling Refix Acoustic)," "Sneaky Link," and guest appearances on tracks including "Gbedu" with Chella, Salima Chica, and Patomant. That same year he joined Davido Music Worldwide, moving from an independent run into the DMW roster alongside Morravey and Logos Olori. In 2026 he opened another chapter with "Do You," which peaked at number 50 on the Billboard Afrobeats Songs chart.
