Actitud MarÃa Marta, an Argentine hip hop group formed in 1995, debuted on the compilation Alta tensión with tracks "A mà me rebota y a vos te explota", "Confusión" and "Hijo de desaparecido". Their first album, Acorralar a la bestia, was released in 1996. The group gained recognition for their social activism, performing at various human rights festivals and events. In the early 2000s, they participated in international festivals such as the Foros Sociales Mundiales de Porto Alegre and the Festival Mundial de la Juventud in Caracas. Their second album, Actitud MarÃa Marta, was released in 2003. The group underwent several lineup changes over the years, with Malena D'Alessio and Karen Pastrana becoming the core members. In 2008, they released their third album, Con perfume revolución.
