Biography

Abscess was an American death metal band formed in Oakland, California, in 1994 by Chris Reifert and Danny Coralles. The group consisted of Chris Reifert on drums and vocals, Danny Coralles on guitar, and Clint Bower on guitar and vocals. Abscess released their debut album Urine Junkies in 1995, marking the beginning of a prolific career that spanned over a decade. Their second studio album, Seminal Vampires And Maggot Men, was released in 1996. The band continued to release albums including Through The Cracks Of Death (2002), Tormented (2007), and their final album Dawn Of Inhumanity (2010). Abscess disbanded in 2010.
