Biography

Aaron-Carl Ragland, known as Aaron-Carl, was an electronic dance musician born on August 19, 1973, in the United States. In 1997, he released the EP Midnite Jams, Volume 1 and his single "My House" (1998) became his first song to enter the Billboard Top 40 Dance/Club chart. In 1999, he founded Wallshaker Music, an independent record label based in Detroit, Michigan. Notable albums include Uncloseted (2002) and Detrevolution (2005). Aaron-Carl also remixed tracks for various artists including Manu Dibango and Dajae. He passed away on September 30, 2010, at the age of 37 due to lymphoma.
