Biography
5'nizza, an acoustic group from Kharkiv, Ukraine, was formed in 2000 and consists of Serhii Babkin and Andrii "Sun" Zaporozhets. The duo began collaborating as early as 1998, with their demo album Ðнплаггед gaining significant popularity across the Commonwealth of Independent States countries. Their official debut album, ÐÑÑниÑа, was released in 2003 and featured songs from the demo. The band's unique blend of reggae, Latin, rock, and hip-hop elements performed in a minimalistic folk style attracted a cult following in Central and Eastern Europe. In 2005, they released their second album O'5. Despite lack of support from large labels, 5'nizza toured extensively, including performances in Russia, Belarus, Lithuania, and Poland. Their third album was recorded in 2007 but released as Zaporozhets's new project SunSay after the band disbanded in the same year. The group reunited in March 2015, releasing the singles "I Believe In You" and "Ðе кино".
