Biography
Warrior is an American heavy metal ensemble from Los Angeles established in 1982. The group was founded by the musicians Tommy Asakawa, Rick Bennett, Joe Floyd, Liam Jason, and Parramore McCarty. Their recording career began with the track "Fighting for the Earth" (1985). The ensemble achieved professional recognition for the debut studio recording Fighting for the Earth (1985). They became inactive in 1987 but resumed activity in 1991. The ensemble achieved professional recognition for the studio recording Ancient Future (1998). Their discography included the studio recording The Code of Life (2001) featuring the musician Rob Rock and the track "We Are One" (2001) co-written by the musician Bruce Dickinson. Warrior achieved professional recognition for the studio recording The Wars of Gods and Men (2004) featuring the musician Marc Storace. The group consists of the musicians AC Alexander, Dave DuCey, Joe Floyd, and Sean Peck. Farr died on 11 May 2021.
