Meg Myers, born Janice Sue Meghan Myers on 6â¯Octoberâ¯1986 in Nashville, Tennessee, is an American singerâsongwriter who played with the band Feeling Numb in Florida before moving to Los Angeles to pursue a music career. She released her debut EP Daughter in the Choir in 2013, followed by Make a Shadow in 2014; both were issued through Atlantic Records and featured the singles "Heart Heart Head" and "Desire". In 2015, her first fullâlength album, Sorry, reached number 79 on the Billboard 200. Myers left Atlantic for 300 Entertainment in 2018, releasing Take Me to the Disco that year. In 2020, she issued the EP Thank Uâ¯4 Takingâ¯Meâ¯2â¯Theâ¯Disco via Sumerian Records, followed by the 2023 album TZIA. Myers has also performed extensively on the festival circuit, including at the Governors Ball Music Festival, Bunbury Music Festival, Buzz Beach Ball, and Lollapalooza.
