Hailing from Lynchburg, Virginia, where she was born on September 21, 1994, Taylor Acorn is an American singer and songwriter who blends modern pop-punk, emo-pop and alt-pop. Since 2016, she has made a name for herself with her melodic country-pop songs on a dozen singles and the Put It in a Song EP (2017), before tackling a pop-rock style, then alternative with emo tendencies from 2020, including the Stay Emo, Pt. 1 acoustic EP (2021). Several pop-punk singles followed, mixing introspective lyrics with catchy, energetic choruses. In 2022, the singer collaborated with the band Magnolia Park on the track "Misfits", before releasing the Certified Depressant EP (2023) and debut album Survival in Motion (2024). In 2024, she collaborated with Charlotte Sands, Lølø and Said the Sky, before releasing her second album Poster Child in 2025.
