Biography
Veridia is an American alternative rock band from Nashville, Tennessee, formed in 2013 by Deena Jakoub, Brandon Brown, Kyle Levy, and Trevor Hinesley. Jakoub and Brown initially moved to Nashville after the dissolution of their previous band Don't Wake Aislin in 2012, before recruiting Levy and Hinesley. In 2014, they released their debut EP Inseparable, which included notable tracks such as "We Are the Brave" and "Disconnected". Following this release, they embarked on tours with Red and Demon Hunter, and performed at major festivals like Voodoo Music + Arts Experience. In 2015, they released their second EP Pretty Lies, featuring the title track "Pretty Lies" with vocals from Matty Mullins of Memphis May Fire. Their first full-length album, The Beast You Feed, was independently released in 2018. They also released the EP Pain Reliever (2022).
