VÃctor Muñoz (born on May 1, 1983, in Caracas, Venezuela) is a Venezuelan singer-songwriter who built his career in Latin pop and romantic ballads after studying piano and guitar from childhood and performing in school groups. His first commercially released album, Victor Muñoz (2004), introduced him on the Venezuelan scene, and he gained wider national recognition with Minutos (Edición de Oro) (2009), which included early hits such as "Tu Guardián", "Minutos", "QuizaÌs SÃ, QuizaÌs No" and "El Que Manda Soy Yo". He broke through across Latin America in the early 2010s with the single "Corazón Abierto" (2011) and the 2012 ballad "Mi Princesa", which became two of his best-known songs, followed by the 2015 single "Mi Felicidad" with Nacho and the collaboration "Te Quiero Bonito". Through the second half of the decade he appeared on high-profile collaborations, including the 2019 charity single "Me Fui", recorded with Ventino, Fonseca, Sebastián Yatra, Fanny Lu, Silvestre Dangond and others in support of Venezuelan migrants, while continuing to issue solo material. In the early 2020s he emphasized live recordings with releases such as Para Vanessa (En Vivo) (2020) and the concert album En vivo desde el Poliedro de Caracas (2023), and also joined the coaching panel of the Peruvian TV talent show La Voz Kids in 2022. Remaining active into 2025, VÃctor Muñoz returned with a run of digital singles including "La Isla" and "Más de Lo Mismo", plus "Una Pieza" and "DÃmelo", extending his catalog beyond the romantic pop sound that first made him popular.
