Biography
Vacationer is an American electropop and dream pop band formed in 2010, based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Their lineup features Kenny Vasoli on lead vocals and bass, Ryan Zimmaro on drums, Michael Mullin on keyboards and backing vocals, and Greg Altman on guitar and backing vocals. Inspired by the 2010 Bonnaroo Festival, Vasoli formed Vacationer with contributions from the band Body Language at Landau Audio Design studio in Brooklyn. Their debut single "Trip" (2011) led to a signing with Downtown Records. The band's first album, Gone (2012), reached number 42 on the U.S. Top Heatseekers chart. They toured extensively from 2012 to 2013 and released their second album, Relief (2014), which peaked at number 10 on the same chart. Subsequent albums include Mindset (2018), Wavelengths (2019), and Cherish (2023).
