Tsjuder, a Norwegian black metal band from Oslo, was founded in 1993 by bassist and vocalist Jan-Erik Romøren, known as Nag. The band initially included guitarist Berserk and later added Draugluin on guitar in 1994. Tsjuder's first demo tape, Ved Ferdens Ende, was released shortly after their formation in 1995. Following a series of lineup changes, including the addition of drummer Anti-Christian, Tsjuder signed with Drakkar Productions in 1999 and released their debut album, Kill for Satan, in 2000. The band continued to evolve, releasing notable albums such as Desert Northern Hell (2004). After a hiatus from 2006 to 2010, Tsjuder reunited and released Legion Helvete in 2011 and Antiliv in 2015. Their album, Helvegr, was released in 2023. The band's music is heavily influenced by early black metal acts and features lyrics inspired by themes of darkness, death, and Satanism.
