Biography
Trans Fixion is a South Korean rock band formed in Novemberâ¯2000 by friends who debuted on 19â¯Octoberâ¯2002. Vocalist Choi Hee-joon (stage name Haerang), guitarist Jeon Ho-jin, bassist Sohn Dong-wook, drummer Oh Cheon-ki and keyboardist Seo Jimin comprise the lineup. The groupâs first major release was the selfâtitled album Trans Fixion (2002), featuring the single "Come Back To Me", which brought the band television exposure. In 2006 the band released Hard And Heavy which entered Bugs' Top 100 K-indie albums chart in April 2026 at rank 78 and promoted the anthem "Time To Say Goodbye", while also performing the âThe Shouts of Redsâ cheer for the Korean national soccer team. Subsequent albums â Revolution (2008), Never Say Goodbye (2010), Rock Star (2013) â expanded their catalog, and singles such as "My Gina" (2006) and "Tonight" (2013) appeared on domestic charts. The group received the 2010 HongdaeâA front cultural award and continues to contribute to Korean rock with releases like Tremolo (2021).
