Biography
American Psychobilly band Tiger Army, formed in 1996 Berkeley, California, was founded by vocalist guitarist Nick 13. Their first EP, Temptation, appeared on Chapter 11 Records and was followed by debut album Tiger Army in October 1999, which reached the United States Top 200. After signing with Hellcat Records, the band released Tiger Army II: Power of Moonlite in 2001 and toured Europe and Japan. Subsequent releasesâTiger Army III: Ghost Tigers Rise (2004), Music from Regions Beyond (2007), V â¢â¢â¢â (2016), and Retrofuture (2019)âexpanded the bands reach, with the single "Forever Fades Away" topping KROQ and earning a New York Times review. The group then toured with The Damned, Social Distortion, and Morrissey.
