The Utopia Strong, a British electronic band, was formed in Glastonbury, England in 2018. The group consists of Steve Davis (former snooker champion), Kavus Torabi, and Michael J. York. Their debut album The Utopia Strong was released on September 13, 2019, featuring a guest vocal appearance by Katharine Blake. The band's second studio album, International Treasure, was released in June 2022 and listed at number 25 on The Quietus' Albums of the Year So Far Chart 2022. They appeared on BBC Breakfast on March 25, 2023, and supported Steve Hillage's UK tour the same year with Torabi also a member of Hillage's backing band. Their discography includes live albums such as Alphabet of the Magi (2020), Dreamsweeper (2020), Ninth Art (2021) and Gyre (2023). The Utopia Strong released their sixth studio album, Collapse, in May 2025, followed by Doperider in October.
