Biography

The Upsidedown, an alternative rock band from Portland, Oregon, United States, formed in 2003. The group released their debut album, Trust Electricity, in 2004, which garnered national attention and was reissued on vinyl in 2020. Their music was featured on various television programs including True Blood, Sons of Anarchy, and The Vampire Diaries. The band toured extensively across the United States, often as an opening act for notable artists such as The Jesus and Mary Chain, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, and Richard Butler. They also collaborated with Tony Lash and Jeremy Sherrer on their albums. In 2008, they released Human Destination, which included tracks like "Hell" and "Hey Man I'm Kissing The Angels Shoes"; both tracks were featured in episodes of Sons of Anarchy and Trauma. Their music was also used in the film Water Wings and the television series Californication.
