Biography

The Texas Tenors, a trio vocal group consisting of country singer JC Fisher, pop singer Marcus Collins, and opera singer John Hagen, were formed in 2009 in Texas. The group gained significant attention as a top four finalist on the fourth season of America's Got Talent in 2009, performing a crossover version of "Mountain Music." Following their breakthrough, they released their self-titled debut album The Texas Tenors, which included all four songs from their America's Got Talent performances, as well as arias such as "Nessun dorma" and "La donna è mobile." In 2013, their second studio album, You Should Dream, was produced by Academy Award and Grammy-nominated producer Nigel Wright. The group achieved a milestone in 2014 when they were honored with five Emmy Award nominations and three wins for their self-produced PBS special.
