Biography

Revealed in 2012 by the new talent show Britain's Got Talent, tenor Jonathan Antoine (born in London on January 13, 1995) has taken singing lessons since childhood, won a prize at the East London Music Festival and performed at the Royal Festival Hall at a charity gala. As a student at the Royal Academy of Music, he met Charlotte Jaconelli. The two formed the vocal duo Jonathan & Charlotte, releasing the albums Together (2012) and Perhaps Love (2013), before going their separate ways. Jonathan Antoine pursues a solo career that takes him to American stages and into the studio to record the albums Tenore (2014) and Believe (2015), with the London Studio Symphony, affirming his taste for opera arias, film scores, traditional pop and Neapolitan song. In 2020, he returns with the album Going the Distance, with its ever-varying inspiration.
