Biography

The Sensational Skydrunk Heartbeat Orchestra is a German ska, rock, and pop band from Aichach, Bavaria, formed on February 6, 2005, by nine musicians. They recorded the debut EP Having A Pretty Long Band Name We Decided to Take A Short One for this EP But Damn! It Didn't Work Out (2006). They released the single "Don't Worry Be Happy" (2008). They released the debut album Grown (2009) under Rookie Records, which included the single "Feet They Hardly Touch the Ground" (2010). This single gained airplay on stations like Bayern 3, FM4, egoFM, and on3. They performed at major festivals such as the Passauer Pfingst Open Air (2009) and the Taubertal-Festival (2010). They released the second album Hinterland (2011), followed by the EP Tainted Love (2012), and the albums King & Queen (2017) on Milky Hilly Music and Colours (2019).
