Biography
The Kairos are an indie/alternative rock band from Liverpool. Formed in 2017 and active for several years on the local scene, it comprises Tom Dempsey (vocals, guitar), Lewis Chambers (guitar), Owen Forrester (bass) and Sam Bradley (drums). With their boundless energy and melodies underpinned by powerful guitars, the band forged their reputation in Liverpool clubs such as Zanzibar and the Arts Club, before entering the studio in 2022 to unveil their first singles, including "Round the Bend" and "Lazy Lethargic", released on LAB Records. The following year, The Kairos released their first EP, Better Late Than Never, featuring six previously unreleased tracks. The band followed this up with the singles "Punchline Fistfight" (2024), "Squeeze" (2025), "Tell Me Twice" (2025) and "Stranger " (2026), which are featured on the second EP, Kneeslappas, released in March 2026.
