Biography

The Briggs, a punk rock band from Los Angeles, California, was formed in 1999 by brothers Joey and Jason LaRocca, along with bassist Matthew Stolarz. The band adopted its current name after adding drummer Chris Arredondo in 2001. Their album, Is this What You Believe?, was released in 2001, followed by Numbers in 2003. The Briggs gained significant exposure through tours with notable acts such as Dropkick Murphys and Bad Religion, and appearances at The Vans Warped Tour from 2002 to 2008. Their fourth full-length album, Come All You Madmen, was released on SideOneDummy Records in 2008. After a short hiatus, The Briggs returned in 2012 and released the song video for "Panic" and the self-titled EP in 2015.
