Biography
Tatiana Okupnik is a Polish singer, songwriter, and composer who was born in Åódź, Polish People's Republic, in 1978. She achieved early professional recognition as the lead singer of the ensemble Blue Café, which she joined in 1998, and is famous for her unique voice timbre. With Blue Café, she released the studio recordings Fanaberia (2002) and Demi Sec (2004), which received platinum and gold certifications in Poland. Okupnik launched a solo career in 2006 and released the studio recording On My Own (2007), which also attained gold status. Her discography includes the studio recordings Spider Web (2011) and Blizna (2014), alongside the singles âDon't Hold Backâ (2007) and âValentineâ (2009), which featured the musician Wyclef Jean. In 2012, she joined the judging panel for the Polish television program X Factor.
