Nikki Kerkhof, born December 21, 1983, in Sint-Oedenrode, Netherlands, is a Dutch singer who rose to prominence through her participation in Idols, the Dutch variant of Pop Idol. Her breakthrough moment came when she won the fourth series of Idols in 2008, securing 62% of the votes against finalist Nathalie Makoma. Following her victory, Kerkhof released the debut single "Hello World" (2008). Her first studio album, Naked (2008), was released under Sony BMG. The album included notable singles such as "Bring Me Down" (2008) and "What Did I Do" (2009). Her second studio album, Let It Go (2010), was also released under Sony BMG. Other notable singles include "How to Break a Heart" (2009) and "Perfect Day" (2010).
