Stjórnin, an Icelandic music duo composed of singers Grétar Ãrvarsson and SigrÃður Beinteinsdóttir, was formed in 1990. The duo gained international recognition when they represented Iceland at the Eurovision Song Contest 1990 held in Zagreb with their entry "Eitt Lag Enn", which placed fourth out of twenty-two songs. Following this success, Stjórnin released several albums, including Stjórnin (1992), Rigg (1993), and Sumar Nætur (1996).
