Lotti is a singer and rapper from Le Havre, who navigates between hip-hop, neo-soul, RnB and urban pop in an intimate, melancholy and poetic style. Inspired by old-school rap, soul and contemporary urban sounds, her sensitive writing and minimalist aesthetic are supported by a deep, inhabited voice. Trained at the Arts Décoratifs in Strasbourg, Pauline Schaettel - her real name - has forged an artistic identity between scenography and music. She directs her own music videos, and draws on the musical training she received as a child from her father, a rock pianist. It was alongside musician Lù and beatmaker Izas that she officially launched her project in 2020, with a first EP, Dalva, released in 2021. Accompanied by the Tétris venue in Le Havre, she went on to win numerous awards and stages: selected at the Inouïs du Printemps de Bourges 2022, winner of the Beauregard festival springboard, opening act for Bigflo & Oli, and stage act at the Armada in Rouen. In 2024, she released her debut album Braise, a more assertive 13-track project, where rap and electro-pop productions meet an introspective and loving narrative.
