Sky Valley Mistress is a British stoner rock and hard rock band formed in Blackburn in 2012 by Kayley "Hell Kitten" Davies (vocals, drums) and Max "Leather Messiah" Newsome (drums, guitar). Transposing the Palm Desert scene of the 1990s to the heart of England three decades later, the duo have been dragging their heavy sounds through recordings since the EP The Best Thing You've Never Heard (2013), followed by Rivals, Hounds & Rebel Sisters (2014) and the albums Faithless Rituals (2020) and Luna Mausoleum (2026), whose single "Thundertaker" refers to the hearse the band uses on tour.
