Shannon Curtis (born Stockton, California) is an American synthpop and artpop singer-songwriter, musician, and author. She began her career with the group Paradigm before launching a solo career with the EP Boomerangs & Seesaws (2007). This release featured the song "Before the Sun", which was used in the television series The Hills. In 2009, Charlie Peacock produced her third EP, Why Don't You Stay?. Curtis established a reputation for performing over 600 house concerts between 2012 and 2020 and published the book No Booker, No Bouncer, No Bartender (2014). Her discography includes her 2013 debut album, Cinemascope, and a series of annual studio releases concluding in 2022. The title track of her album Good to Me (2022) reached Number 1 on KBGE radio. In 2023, Curtis transitioned her live performances to small theater venues.
