Shaham Joyce was born on November 18, 1978 in Fort Carson, Colorado (USA). He is a pop and R'n'B singer who became famous in 2001 as a member of the German band Bro'Sis, which emerged from the second season of the casting show Popstars. Shaham Joyce grew up partly in the USA and partly in Germany because his father was stationed in the US Army. Before joining Bro'Sis, he sang in local bands such as Locos and Me and the Heat.The band Bro'Sis was founded in 2001 after Joyce, Ross Antony, Hila Bronstein, Faiz Mangat, Giovanni Zarrella and initially Indira Weis emerged as the winning band on Popstars. The band plays R&B and pop and is one of the most commercially successful German bands of the early 2000s. They became famous with hits such as "I Believe" and "Do You", and their third studio albumShowtime was released in 2004, with Shaham Joyce contributing rap parts to songs. Bro'Sis disbanded at the beginning of 2006. In addition to his time with Bro'Sis, Shaham Joyce released the single "Bodyrock" in 2002, which he had already recorded before the casting show and which was successful in the German charts. After Bro'Sis disbanded, Joyce remained musically active, working with artists such as Snagga Puss and Daddy Freddy and founding the band Da Loc with a former bandmate in 2005, although their album was never released. From 2013, he sang in the soul band Empire Statement.
