Biography

Sergej ÄetkoviÄ, born on March 8, 1976 in Podgorica, SR Montenegro, SFR Yugoslavia, is a Montenegrin singer. He began his musical journey at age seven as a member of the group Vatrena srca. ÄetkoviÄ's professional career started in 1998 when he participated in the SunÄane skale festival with "Bila si ruÅ¾a". His debut album, Kristina, was released in 2001 and became a significant success. In 2005, he released Kad ti zatreba, which included the popular song "Pogledi u tami". ÄetkoviÄ represented Montenegro at the Eurovision Song Contest 2014 with "Moj svijet" , qualifying for the final and placing 19th out of 26 countries. Throughout his career, he has released several albums including Pola moga svijeta in 2007, 2 minuta in 2010, and Moj svijet in 2015.
