Seigmen, a Norwegian rock band from Tønsberg, was formed in 1989 by Sverre Ãkshoff and Alex Møklebust. The group initially performed under the name Klisne Seigmenn and released their first album, Pluto, in 1992, followed by Ameneon in 1993. Their 1995 album, Metropolis, reached Number 1 on the Norwegian charts and received that year's Spellemannprisen for rock. Seigmen evolved from a grunge style to a more dynamic sound with ambient elements, thanks to the use of synthesizers. The band then released Radiowaves (1997) before disbanding after a farewell tour in 1999. They reunited for several performances, including shows at the UKA-Festival in Trondheim in October 2005 and reunion shows in 2006, 2008, and 2012. The band later released Enola (2015), Resonans (2024), and Dissonans (2025).
